In the event that the user is desirous of cancelling or modifying an existing order, the user must communicate the same to the company by calling our customer care number, provided the order is in ORDERED status and not in PROCESSING or IN-TRANSIT status, failing which the user will be liable to bear the entire cost of the same, irrespective of whether the user avails of the products
In the event that the user has made a valid cancellation of an order paid for in advance, such amount will be refunded to the User’s bank account within [5] working days of a request for the same being made.
If the purchased product is defective or not upto the standard as mentioned in the application, the user can return the product.
No other cancellation or refund requests shall be entertained.
